Return and Refund Policy

If you have any issues, please contact us within 5 hours of receiving the plant in the mail. Please send us photos and videos of your box for any damage during transit.
No refunds or replacement will be issued without sufficient proof. Holy Hoyas will take extreme care in packaging your plant/s for shipping, but we are not responsible once the plant leaves our possession.
It is normal for new leaves to fall off or turn yellow during shipping, note that you are buying a live plant/s. However, these types of issues are not covered for refund and/or replacement.
Buyers are responsible for return labels, and we will charge you a restocking fee of 15% and return must be initiated within 48 hours from delivery.
Holy Hoyas will only refund items upon receiving it in good condition (Shipping not included), meaning no damage or pest when we receive the item back from the buyer. We will not refund or replace a plant that is dead or damaged and has been in your care for more than 48 hours.
Holy Hoyas reserves the right to cancel the orders without notice or cause provided.
